Steeped in history, our iconic pub serves the most popular tap beers, a great selection of South Australian wines, and is a fully stocked bottle shop.
We open from 10am until late. There is no daily closing time currently.
Is there a bottleshop?
Yes! The Marree Hotel stocks a full bottle shop. This includes a wide variety of canned beers, RTDs, wines and spirits.
What time can I order lunch and dinner?
Lunch is served from 12-2pm while dinner is served from 5-8pm. Toasties are also available between 12 and 4pm.
Do I need to book in for dinner in advance?
No, we don’t typically take dinner bookings in advance. Feel free to turn up at the bar whenever you’re ready to place an order.
Where do I order my dinner?
We take all dinner orders in the bar. Then we will give you a table number and you are free to find a table within one of our 3 historically-themed dining rooms. The food will be brought out directly to your table.
Are there any vegan options?

I’m gluten free. What can I eat?
We have a number of gluten free options available including steak or grilled barramundi with mashed potato and veggies. You can also opt for one of our tasty curries – all of which are gluten free provided that you don’t have the poppadoms or naan bread on the side. It’s always best to mention to your server that you are gluten free to ensure the kitchen is informed.
